All of our production line recipes have been developed, tested and refined by the Frasca family and are the sole property of Raviolino Fresh Pasta & Foods Ltd. All products are prepared under a strict process to ensure a consistent, superior tasting product every time. As in most handmade artisan fare, our products reflect a homestyle quality and therefore present product variables relating to minor differences in the uniformity of size. To ensure full value for our clientele, most of our products are sold by weight.
