Fresh Italian Pasta Made In-Store

We are proud to say that all of our pastas:
- Are made exclusively from fresh, quality ingredients,
- Use Italian olive oil or grapeseed oil only (no animal fats added),
- Contain no artificial colorants, food additives or preservatives.

We work with many types of dough and have developed several styles of pasta.

Regular egg pasta is made from standard flours: white, whole wheat, semolina; plus eggs, salt, and filtered water.

Wheat free pasta is made from a kamut flour plus eggs, spices and filtered water.

Organic pasta is made from certified organic flour, organic eggs, kosher sea salt, and filtered water.

Vegan pasta is made with an egg-free dough.

Flavoured pasta is made with the addition of real spinach or sundried tomatoes. Herbed pastas have the addition of dried seasonings such as black pepper, parsley, and turmeric.

Combined with the many shapes of plain pasta and stuffed pasta, the combinations are endless!

Our stuffed pastas are made from the freshest available ingredients in a wide variety of flavours to tantalize your taste buds. Unless otherwise noted, these pastas are made with our regular egg pasta dough. Fresh Stuffed Pasta is also available in Organic form subject to availability of ingredients from certified suppliers.
